At TipTop Vakmannen, the specialized contractor in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, we are proud of our recent project in Amstelveen. On the attractive Terschellingstraat we have completed an impressive living space extension and renovation. This project, realized in collaboration with a talented designer with whom we previously worked in Utrecht, demonstrates how we combine innovative construction techniques and a client-focused approach.
The client had already spoken to several contractors and received bids, but ultimately chose TipTop Craftsmen because of our innovative approach. Thanks to our 3D models and VR experiences, we were able to give the client a clear picture of the end result from the very first conversation.
Total renovation and custom extension
What makes this project unique is the close collaboration between our architect, designer and client. From initial design to execution, we followed a streamlined process, with an eye for detail and quality.
The first floor has undergone a complete transformation. In addition to a spacious extension, we completely renovated the interior, with sleek finishes and a thoughtful layout. The new glass facade provides a seamless transition between inside and outside, while the modern kitchen and smart storage spaces form the functional heart of the home. The bathroom and toilet have been fully modernized, and the new flooring – including underfloor heating – offers both comfort and style. With the updated roof and the addition of skylights, the house now benefits from optimal light and a spacious feeling.
