In the attractive Eikenrodelaan in Amstelveen, TipTopVakmannen completed a complete house extension and renovation. Our client wanted to modernize her home and renew the dormer, inspired by the creative vision of our designer Adi. From initial concept drawings to completion, our team worked with craftsmanship and attention to detail to optimize both aesthetics and functionality.
Spatial transformation and modernization
The living space has been completely redesigned, where we renewed radiators and plumbing, created a new kitchen area and fully insulated the ceiling. The second floor was given sleek stucco and carefully painted, with stylish new doors giving the interior a modern look. In addition, we laid high-quality flooring that perfectly matches the rest of the home.
Attic renovation and sustainable preparations
The attic floor underwent a complete metamorphosis. We realized a luxurious, renovated bathroom and created an attractive new bedroom for our client’s daughter. At the same time, we prepared the house for the installation of solar panels, an important step toward sustainable living.
