At TipTopVakmannen, we are proud to have completed an extensive house extension with both an extension and a superstructure at project Stromboli in Amstelveen. This project required detailed planning and precise execution, enlarging the house without compromising its original style and quality. Thanks to this extension, the house has gained considerably more space and functionality, while the living comfort has been raised to a higher level.
Structural reinforcement and architectural harmony
For a stable and durable extension, we constructed a solid foundation, which is essential for the bearing capacity of the additional floor. The supporting structure was reinforced to safely support the new superstructure, making the house optimally prepared for the added living space. To ensure a seamless fit with the existing building, new facades and window frames were installed, including large windows that provide an abundance of natural light.
Additional living space and luxury amenities
A generous additional living space was created on the first floor, perfect as a spacious living room or dining room. The added floor further enriched the home with an additional bedroom and a luxurious bathroom, allowing residents to enjoy maximum comfort and functionality. The roof and wall insulation makes the house more energy efficient and contributes to a pleasant indoor climate, while modern installations have been integrated to optimize living comfort.
